Zen Meditation

Begin your Sunday mornings with a guided Zen meditation practice.

 

Each week there will be a short teaching on some aspect of Zen meditation practice, then a 30 minute “zazen,” followed by an optional short period of sharing and questions.

 

These sessions are recommended for serious meditators wanting to deepen their meditation practice.

Experience a guided relaxation practice to support sleep and deep rest.

Autumn turning inward, how the seasons guide us.

 

Each week there will be a short 10 min sharing about what is being offered. 

 

Experience surrender, acceptance and deep rest. Our meditation guide will encourage you to fall asleep.

Meditation Circles Rotorua

We are so excited to finally share time in-person with our friends here in Rotorua who have encouraged and supported us throughout the years.

Each circle schedule will include introductions, 30 minutes of guided meditation and time for sharing insights.

Meet at our office at 17 Margarita Street, Fenton Park, Rotorua.

This circle is open to anyone.

Therapy

Being able to connect each week and listen to mediation and seeing other people has been helpful and enabled me to totally relax for that hour.  There has been a lot of warmth.

It has been a time that I made a priority for each week and focused on being there and taking my meditation seriously.  It is helpful too to have those meditations available for future listening.
